Everything about Hidden Pines was AMAZING. I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. They made my wedding day so smooth, I didn’t worry about anything! They made me feel so calm the actual day of my wedding as well. Hailee was great with everything leading up to the wedding and Kymerlyn was so attentive the day of my wedding. She had everything under control which made it so easy for my to actually enjoy my wedding. There was no confusion about anything. I HIGHLY recommend you book your wedding with Hidden Pines!

Everything about Hidden Pines was AMAZING. I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. They made my wedding day so smooth, I didn’t worry about anything! My husband and I loved everything about this place. We got the exceptional catering that was buffet styled and the elite bar and vendor package.The food was amazing. We loved our signature drinks. All the vendors provided in the package were exceptional. The day of coordinator, Kymerlyn and Claudia are amazing! Their navigating skills to help my wedding day be as smooth as possible due to time delays (not related to any of the vendors or venue) was phenomenal. Aiden the DJ is amazing as well!By getting the vendor packages, it made the wedding planning a smooth process and we are glad we went with this venue.This venue was perfect for us!

Kymerlyn Riley was excellent she made sure everything went perfect in she was by my side throughout the whole process. Honestly I couldn’t have had a better wedding coordinator it was the most beautiful experience in my live. I will always cherish that moment for ever ten out of ten Recommend. KYM you are awesome pick her you want regret anything. Also Whitley was great as well I really appreciate everything it was totally worth it.

Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in addressing all of our questions and concerns.One of the standout features of this venue is that it includes everything you need for your wedding. This convenience made the planning process seamless and stress-free. The professionalism and responsiveness of the entire team were exceptional, and they were incredibly open to personalizing every aspect of our special day. When it comes to the bakery, Jenny Layne Bakery does not disappoint. Their cake options were not only visually stunning but also incredibly tasty. The florist, Design Haus, has such an impressive portfolio that showcased their creativity and expertise, and the floral arrangements they proposed are breathtaking. The staff was top notch from start to finish with communication. I never felt like I was bugging any of the coordinators with my thousands of inquiries. The staff of Melanie, Jamie & Kymerlyn were fantastic. The dj Michael was great although the music was a little too loud for some of the older folks. The only issue we had was the heat inside the reception hall. It’s hard to keep a venue that size comfortable with a large number of guests in August in Texas during record breaking 100° days. But other than that, the day was a complete blessing and our family would 100% recommend this venue to anyone - just in cooler weather!

She answered all the questions I had and helped me a lot!! Hailee was amazing with the planning, she replied to my emails fast and helped me with everything I needed!!! We are especially grateful for the staff that helped us, Amanda was our pre-wedding coordinator and she helped us get everything in it's perfect place, and we never once had to worry about anything slipping through. On the day of, Whitney, Miranda, Maggie (photographer), and DJ Carson were an AMAZING team! We and so much fun and we couldn't have asked for a sweeter experience. :)

Beautiful place but I had so many issues my wedding night with the workers that this place doesn’t deserve a star at all for what I paid and didn’t get. I pasted the email I sent to them about my concerns the night after my wedding and haven’t gotten a response back.This is Jennifer I had my wedding this past weekend. There were a lot of concerns about the entire night that me and my family had. For one when we first walked in you could automatically tell the floors had not been swept even my photographer brought it up when she was taking pictures around the venue, there was also either mud or black petals in some places. We had Whitney when we first arrived she was great but than she disappeared and another girl took over around the time we had asked Whitney if we could have another bottle of wine, that’s when the other girl showed up and we asked her and she said they wouldn’t approve it (after us looking for her 3 different times). I ended up starting the ceremony a little later because my family was coming from out of town, so about 430-445 is when it started. The bar wasn’t even opened until about 5 and they closed it at 7 in the contract we paid for 3 hours and we didn’t get that. After dinner they took all the napkins so we didn’t have any for dessert, they cut up the entire cake and threw at all away without asking me it I wanted to take it with me. Which I did because I paid for it and didn’t have a lot of people show up. My mom at one point walked past the back and saw some of them eating the dessert. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with anyone which didn’t bother me but some of my older guest it did they ended up leaving because of that. I don’t know the lady’s name who was there the rest of the night she was blonde I think ? Anyways I had a full beer with my bride koozie on it and they threw it away, when my mother in law asked this girl about the koozies we had in a box if she could get it she gave her attitude saying only heidi (my mom) could get it and she said she was here trying to get it because my mom was with my children. She gave her so much attitude about it and even rolled her eyes at her. Just so many things that upset me because we paid all this money for it and there were so many mistakes and wasted food. They didn’t need to cut the entire cake for how many guests I have and even if they are supposed to, I feel like I should have been asked if I wanted to take it home. That’s not including the topper that’s a different story. I honestly felt stressed about the night and kept having to stop what I was doing to answer their questions and I’m bothered about it I feel like I wasted my money so to speak. It was a beautiful venue but they weren’t at all professional and when we had questions we had to wait for the answers or had to ask multiple times. I’m sure that I’m leaving something out but I’m just letting you know that I didn’t have the best experience I still had fun but I feel like I was taken advantage of and I paid for more than I even got. I hope that this helps you in the future for other people using the venue so they don’t have to go through what I went through.

Booking with Hidden Pines Hurst was the next best decision to deciding to spend the rest of my life with my soul mate! No, but seriously! Kayla has been so accommodating and helpful through this entire process and without her I would be a mess! She answers all of my questions in a timely manner and this wedding planning process has gone so smoothly because of her! I can’t say enough good things about this venue and it’s team, if you’re on the fence, go with them! You won’t regret it!

The venue is beautiful, bright, and clean and the staff are always helpful. I love that they provided a day-of coordinator so that we could enjoy our big day stress free. Honestly, I was so overwhelmed, I couldn't imagine being able to pull any of it off without Melanie! Our only complaints were being frustrated with not being able to reduce costs with a smaller guest count due to the pandemic - they said we couldn't go lower than the $ amount on our original quote (make sure to read your contracts and buy wedding insurance!). Even though we couldn't reduce the overall cost, Melanie helped us to reallocate those funds to make the most of our event, so we ended up with an amazing and delicious catering package and a wine/beer bar. In a time when planning a wedding was even more stressful than usual, we are grateful they helped us have an easy and beautiful day!

The food was very bland at the tasting but the day of it was so good! Unfortunately they only have so many tastings so make sure you book one before its too late! Their staff and Melanie is awesome. She always answered the millions of questions I had and was very personable throughout the experience. The staff even helped my family clean up afterwards when they didn't have to. They even gave us a teacher discount!A couple things to note... they had a hard time keeping the beer that was in high demand cold. I guess they didn't keep it stocked ready in the fridge. Aso, if you cater with them, they bus your plates and drinks... well they bus them quickly! We had compliments on the brunch stations and how simply beautiful the location was. The hiccups that happened were due to me forgetting things at home. The venue is gorgeous and the tall fireplace in the chapel is what drew us in when we visited over a year ago. Our reception on-site was perfect as well. Our day of coordinator, Julia, was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the planning process and made sure everything from the day-of timeline, seating chart, and ceremony plan was perfect. Further, all of my other vendors, my family, and many guests complemented her all night. She was fun, professional, NEVER pushy or rude, extremely helpful, thoughtful, and made our night so fun and stress-free. Julia made sure my husband and I were able to eat plenty of our delicious food, always had a drink in hand, sent us home with three massive boxes of fajita meals, and made sure our ceremony and reception was perfect. There were no awkward transitions and everyone had an incredible time. My guests were constantly telling me how much fun they had, and my husband and I absolutely loved our day and Julia!

We couldn't have asked for smoother sailing with a wedding venue! The venue is beautiful and has been completely remodeled as of May 2018. The staff at Hidden Pines was extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end of our wedding planning. Kate was our day of coordinator and she was the calmest/sweetest person to work with on our wedding day! I would definitely recommend this wedding venue!

If I could give a higher rating, I would. The venue was absolutely stunning and our coordinator, Julia, was wonderful throughout the whole process! I highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for an elegant farmhouse look for their wedding.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Hidden Pines. The venue looks amazing after the renovations earlier this year. Our day of coordinator was Liz and she really helped everything go flawlessly on our wedding day. She was very sweet and was always ready to help answer the tons of questions I had. The rental price is a little high, but was worth it for the convenience of having everything at the same place and getting great service and beautiful pictures. The rest of their pricing I felt was very fair. Overall I am so glad we chose Hidden Pines Chapel in Hurst as our wedding venue!!
